Leaked autopsy report: Anorexic Michael Jackson was 112 lbs. at death

Pop star Michael Jackson, who died of an apparent heart attack at age 50 after suffering cardiac arrest on June 25, was a virtual skeleton at death, according to the leaked results from an official autopsy.

Jackson was eating just one meal a day and had only pills in his stomach when he died, according to Britain's The Sun, which obtained the leaked autopsy report. In addition, the late King of Pop's cadaverous thighs, shoulders and hips were riddled with needle marks, reportedly from years of daily narcotic drug injections.

The 5'10" Michael (who was rumored to have been anorexic) had plummeted to a "severely emaciated" 112 lbs. when he died. Pathology reports indicate Jackson's stomach was empty with the exception of several partially-dissolved pills he had received before the reported Demerol injection which sources say stopped his heart.

On June 26, the L.A. Coroner's Office performed an autopsy on Jackson, but deemed the results inconclusive, with doctors saying more tests will need to be done to determine the exact cause of death. However, operations chief Craig Harvey noted in a statement: "There was no indication of any external trauma or any indication of foul play.

The L.A. Coroner's Office says it's still too early to tell what kind of drugs Jackson may have had in his system. "We know he was taking some prescription medications," Harvey said. "But those tests will take an additional four to six weeks to be completed."

Meanwhile, Jackson family sources are shocked at the horrific physical condition the superstar was in when he died. “He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out and had been eating nothing but pills when he died," a source told The Sun. "Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he’d been in terminal decline for years. His doctors and the hangers-on stood by as he self-destructed. Somebody is going to have to pay.”
